Job Description
We’re seeking an ambitious
DevOps Engineer to scale, secure, and optimize our
AWS-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. This is a hands-on role where you’ll automate deployments, improve observability, enforce security best practices, and drive cost efficiency—while collaborating with product and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Cloud Infrastructure: Design, implement, and maintain AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC) for scalability, availability, and cost efficiency.
- Cost Optimization: Monitor cloud usage, analyze costs, and introduce optimization strategies.
- Security & Compliance: Apply AWS security best practices, enforce compliance standards, and improve audit readiness.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Build and maintain Git-based automated pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins).
- Observability & Monitoring: Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) to detect and resolve issues proactively.
- Automation (IaC): Use Infrastructure as Code and automation tools to minimize manual interventions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to align infrastructure with evolving business goals.
- Continuous Innovation: Stay up-to-date with DevOps best practices and AWS advancements.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of DevOps engineering experience.
- Strong AWS expertise (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC).
- Experience with cloud cost optimization.
- Knowledge of security and compliance in dynamic cloud environments.
- Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins).
- Proficiency with monitoring/observability tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Problem-solving mindset, ownership attitude, and eagerness to learn.
- Strong communication skills and collaborative team approach.
